To offer rigorous practical project management services for Combined Heat and Power plants including implementing value added by-product processes in phase customer and power grid needs.
After completing his studies in mechanical engineering, M. Lemay participated in the design, construction and start-up of a 28 MW forest biomass CHP plant in Chapais, Quebec. He subsequently worked as director of the plant for 14 years. During this time, in collaboration with Biolistik Bordeleau Ltée, he pioneered the use of the ash produced by the plant to reclaim mine tailings.
Recently M. Lemay spent 4 years as VP Energy for Innovente. He was responsible for the construction, start-up and operation of a 4,6 MW biomass CHP plant located in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage. He also acquired extensive maintenance and operational experience with various hydro-electric and CHP plants while working for Hydromega Services Inc. and Alstom.
With more than 20 years practical field experience Mr Lemay is a seasoned professional CHP consultant, president and founder of EnPhase.
Mr Foley is an electrical engineer. He worked for 4 years with Innovente as Director of Instrumentation and control. He worked closely with Mr Lemay on the construction, start-up and operation of the CHP plant located in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage. Mr foley started his career in the solar energy, climate change and renewable energy sectors. In 2007, with his university classmates he founded A la Fut, a cooperative microbrewery.
